The Patchulator works pretty well for this exact purpose, and sits well near the Foogers. With two, there are 32 patch points available for CV and/or audio signals.

I juggle all of mine around so much from synth to guitar to organ and such, I haven't tried affixing them to anything. The Akai MFC42 is pretty awesome for stereo filtering, although the envelope cycles only and cannot be triggered by dynamics. It doesn't sound the same as an MF-101 though.
