My sub 37 will randomly drift out of tune (almost by a half step) but if I do a quick bend on the pitch wheel it snaps back. But then sometimes immediately wobbles out of key again.
Can someone advise?

Pitch Wheel stiff and spring back is sluggish
I bought a Subsequent 37 which is basically brand new. Compared to my Little Phatty the pitch wheel feels stiff. And it springs back to center much slower.
Is this how the Subsequent 37s are built?
If so, can I modify the tension?
Would the LP’s LHC work as a replacement?
