Re: Moog One ?

Hope trumps new trade war with the rest of the world won't make the one 25% more expensive in europa Difficult times for marketing a new product it seems Mike Adams will just bilk Asheville for more money. He has done it before with Moogfest when they mismanaged and lost money. Asheville gave them ...

Re: Moog One ?

Seems this thread is possibly getting some legs under it. The guy an Gearslutz who leaked it is supposed to be a dealer who was given inside info and first crack at selling the synths when they come out. Even though I wont need one of the babys I got to say I am very excited for Moog and wish upon t...

Re: Moog One ?

I think what really sealed it for me is that Moog had Two NAMM's, SW Gearfest, Moogfest, and the European shows to announce this and yet in all that Marketing wisdom they chose a group of Slutz.   All I know is that if Moog does come out with a polymoog I am safe because I only play...

Re: Moog One ?

Could it be true ? Could Moog Music actually be working on a polyphonic Moog project ? I doubt it very much, but part of me is still hopeful... http://www.synthanatomy.com/2018/06/moog-music-moog-one-polyphonic-analog-synthesizer-leaked.html https://www.synthtopia.com/content/2018/06/26/moog-one-a-...

Moog Grandmother

Any word from anyone here on the new synth? I want details on the sound of it. I want comparisons between grandmother, Mother, the Model D, Sub 37 etc, and the synths it was based off of. Moog has a new really cool synth and this place is a freaking Ghost town!!!

Re: Model D midi question

Having done a auick test I played a series of notes stacatto with countour up so count envelope click, same sound with midi. Turned attack up on amp env no click on either. In all cases my midi sounded same as played. I did not have velocity or after touch cvs enabled. OK thanks for doing that. I d...

Re: Model D midi question

I use midi too for the mini, most often when I’m doing a sequence, I have to say I can’t recall the click being any worse than using the keybed. I can’t this night why a note on would make a difference, I will look tomorrow when I’m in the studio to double check. Please do-- it would be massively h...

Model D midi question

For any of you who have been controlling the Model D reissue via midi have you noticed that the clicking sound at the beginning of the attack is more pronounced than when using the keybed? I am getting an annoying clicking sound just at the attack when using my midi controller and it is bugging me.....

Re: Midi to CV convertor 1/4 inch jacks.

Actually, there are a lot of choices here in a lot of formats (Euro, 5U, & desktop). Google 'Convert midi to cv' to get an idea. One of the cheaper solutions is the Korg SQ1, which, besides being a sequencer, can convert MIDI to CV and Gate. About $100.00. You'll need to add a couple of 3.5mm-1...

Midi to CV convertor 1/4 inch jacks.

I want to be able to control my MiniMoog Model D reissue with a midi controller keyboard. I would like to be able to convert some midi signals to CV for plugging into the back CV input jacks on the MiniMoog. Do you guys know of a module or even better a desk top gizmo I can buy that can convert midi...
