New Matriarch Velocity Curves incorrectly described

The patch notes say: HIGHLIGHTS With new global setting 5.3 you can switch between four different velocity curves. If you tend to play keys with a harder touch, try switching to LINEAR or STRETCHED to more easily produce softer velocity values. Alternatively, switching to COMPRESSED will make it so ...

Re: Matriarch – Dirty Duo patch not working?

Inverting the signal should make the effect much more pronounced. Set an Attenuator fully anti clockwise then patch VCF1 Out -> Attenuator Input and Attenuator Output -> Noise In. I know you said you tried an inverted signal already, but humour me :D

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems

I had weird behaviour similar to this last night. I realised that with me it was related to me having something patched to "Time 1 In" (I think some attenuated noise), and also having Sync enabled on the delay. I notice that this is also the case in the video that LDT posted above. And act...

That's great that they were able to fix the issue but at the same time that's a shocking response time!

Daniel Fisher mentioned it in his deep dive, and said that Moog know about it and are working on a fix

Re: Does this forum do patch ideas and sharing?

Not directly answering your question, but I highly recommend this set of patches, the Author has written fantastic notes with each one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR0unWhn9iw

I also recommend watching Daniel Fisher's deep dive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4OrmqtZ8S8

Re: Any way to modulate Spacing on the Matriarch?

Can you do it by modulating via the Cutoff 1 In? I think if you were to put a blank into Cutoff 2 In to stop it following Cutoff 1, you would effectively be modulating the spacing. And I think you could do the same with the Delay, but by using the Time 1 In and Time 2 In. If sync is on, then Spacing...

Re: Matriarch - Global Setting "Delayed Keyboard Octave Shift" has no effect

I had my Matriarch replaced for another reason (broken key), my new one has the same issue. I also noticed that `pitch variance` and `delay sequence change` also have no effect :(

Matriarch - Global Setting "Delayed Keyboard Octave Shift" has no effect

The keyboard Octave Up/Down functions (SHIFT + PLAY buttons for Octave Down, and SHIFT + TAP buttons for Octave Up) can be set to take effect immediately, transposing any notes that are currently being held on the keyboard, or their effect can be delayed, meaning that any currently held notes will ...

Mapping the rate/div knob on the Matriarch to clock divisions when synced to external clock

When synced to an external midi clock, I found the rate / div knob a little unpredictable, but today I figured I would master the knob once and for all. I don't think it quite maps to half hour divisions, but it's close enough. I've mapped it here as positions o'clock. I assume this is how most peop...

Re: Sub 37 Editor v1.0.0 & Firmware v1.2.0 is now available

Same happened to me, the PDF in the 'Manual Install' folder says that this could happen (although I was using the OSX installer): THE DISPLAY IS BLANK AND/OR ALL OF THE LEDS ARE LIT. The firmware on your Sub 37 has not been updated correctly. Repeat the update procedure. Note that nothing will appea...
