Re: Recreating Model D patches on Voyager
Hi all, i just got a Voyager finally and loving it! I was just wondering, as the Voyager doesn't have a sine wave as a selectable waveform as the model D does, would it be possible to recreate the following model d patch? I've heard people talking about creating a sine by feeding a waveform through...

Re: Sub 37 - Pairs of Keys Playing Same Note/Pitch
Are you saying that the same thing happens when you control your Sub-37 with an external controller/sequencer, or does it only happen when you play the Sub-37 keyboard? Sounds like a fault with the keyboard scanning. Sounds like a warranty repair for sure.

Re: Eurorack mixer for Tier 3 x mother 32
Hi Stevie, Thank you for your reply, i Got myself a Yamaha mg10 mixer  All the best. Thanks The MG10 is a very good and flexible mixer, and should do everything you need. Yamaha really know how make mixers, and their mixers will vastly outperform anything you can buy in Eurorack format at hal...

Re: Moog Prodigy Advice
Haha... sometimes those suckers can be of serious value. I scored my Rev 1 Prodigy for $15 because the owner thought it was dead. Filter was closed and he didn't understand the instrument. Do I feel guilty? Slightly... but if you don't know what you've got, you don't really deserve it... Just my tw...

Why not just start a blog somewhere (blogger.com, wordpress.org etc.) and post a link here?sub guy wrote:Is that a thread I could start here do you know? I would not mind sharing all of that because I think our approach is unusual and MIGHT be interesting to some people here.

Re: Bass overload in my band
All this is probably way off topic for the Moog Forum, but I'm intrigued nevertheless. To be honest, these days I'm more interested in the psychology of a band rather than the music it creates - although one often tends to follow from the other. I wonder what makes people come together to make a ban...

Re: Help! The Source is killing me!!!
God I hate these 'one and done' posters.
They ask for information and advice about their various projects and we offer advice, and hear absolutely nothing ever again.
I was very interested in hearing how this Moog Source restoration was progressing, but nada, zip.

I love that. Such a powerful and gutsy sound from such a simple synthesiser. You explained the sound creation process very well in the video too.
Thank you!
p.s. I'm gonna steal this James

Re: Sub 37 Gap in case
I can also see a tiny gap. I probably wouldn't have noticed without this thread, or the screen light bleeding through. It's the kind of thing I don't remotely care about. Maybe the long-rumored stage edition will lose the wood and gain a gapless side panel design. I'll take wood with a microscopic ...

Re: Sub 37 Gap in case
My Sub 37 has a very slight gap on the right-hand side. I can live with that and I love the synth. However, Moog is a premium brand and we pay premium prices for this gear. I expect premium quality construction for that price. Looking closely at my Sub 37, the woodwork on the end cheeks looks less t...

Re: Sub37 Yellow Keys!
My Sub 37 lives in a room that has a normal amount of sunlight (North-facing windows) and is covered with cheap (the cheapest!) transparent plastic dust covers. I have had my Sub 37 for over 18 months and have not seen any yellowing of the keys. They look as bright and white as the day they arrived....

Re: Mother 32 Sequencer / Sub 37 Sequencer Question
Reporting back - I still can't make the M32 and Sub-37 sequencers work properly together and I don't really have time to figure it out.
If someone does work it out, it would be great of you posted up a guide for simpletons like me.

Re: Logic making Model D get stuck on a note
I thought I would throw in my $0.02... Check Logic's control surface configuration. Every time I enable something that supports Mackie/HUI I end up fighting with stuck notes all over the place. I had my Beatstep Pro dialed in as a control surface and it worked exactly once and then left me with stu...

Yes. If it's getting clock then that suggests that the hardware is good.bichuelo wrote:If it receives clock I think the hardware is working, ain't it?
