I downloaded the Sub 37 1.2.0 firmware zip file.

I extracted the files.

I turned on the Sub 37 with pitch wheel moved all the way up.

I am stuck on "FIRMWARE UPDATE. Flash erased. Ready for code."

I went to Windows 10 Control Panel. Moog Sub 37 is connected and operating correctly.

What do I do ...

Once I get stuck on "Init Preset", there is no getting past it, except for holding the down or up button for several seconds in Programming section. I will slow down and inspect what I'm doing, because if after Bank 9 Preset 7, it's all Init Preset, then that may be partly to explain what is ...

On day 3 of owning the Moog Sub 37, as I was scrolling through the presets with the up and down buttons, when I reached the end of a bank, the screen would read "Init Preset" and remain stuck there. Wood side panels are very classy on the Moog Sub 37 Tribute Edition. A non-Tribute Edition will probably replace the wood panels with black or silver steel, but it won't be an improvement.
