Ok, solved it... at least for me! Disconnect both Power and USB cable from the back of the unit. Keep USB cable attached to the mac (not hub). Hold down OSC1 and OSC2, plug the power into the minitaur. Press Release, then depress all buttons together. Now glide starts blinking. Launch automatic firm...
