I had similar problems with my Prodigy octave selection and found that that disconnecting and turning round the selector switch and re-soldering did the trick. Mine is too old to have CV!

my preset volume seems to have cleared up with upgrade
why do editor categories not reflect those on Sub 37?
editor no longer sets preset on Sub 37
i.e. pressing bank # preset # sets up Sub 37 correctly but preset name/category not selected in editor

As a long time Moog owner/user, my 35year old Prodigy still works well, I am delighted with my Sub 37. However, being disabled, I find setting pots and switches can be physically challenging. I would be happy to evaluate a pre-release editor to find out how it can increase my enjoyment of this ...
