Not sure if this is the answer, but I think you have to have the modulation curve from Ableton at exactly the same level at the start and end of the loop otherwise there will be an offset each time you cycle round the loop.

Have you set up the Moog as a synch destination in Abletons MIDI preferences?

Hi - I have the Sub Phatty... on it I have to make sure that the filter envelope knobs are turned down as well as the filter envelope amount set to the middle, there has to be no modulation going to the filter. It works reasonably well in that situation.

I think what the OP requires is a MIDI Thru box such as the Kenton Thru-5.
