Re: 2 Mothers - OSC sync?
I hope Moog can do a firm ware update that adds this function. I think to market the dual and triple rack and not to have sync is a little dishonest (albeit unintended) on their part. dishonest? seems unwarranted. Surely the onus is on the buyer to check the spec of something before they buy it. Th...

More sanity checks (I'm sure you've tried some of these already): check local control settings are all set to on init the patch by holding the panel/init button try panel mode try headphones if only using main audio output and vice versa turn the main volume knob in case it is storing a different va...

Have you checked the mute button hasn't somehow become enabled?
Also, do you have any pedals connected? If so, try removing them.

Re: Sub 37 arp syncing?
As jsharpphoto suggests, the sub 37 arp/sequencer syncs up fine for me as master or slave to anything that receives/sends midi clock.

Re: Sub 37 editor/librarian and VST plugin
Still waiting on the Librarian for the Sub 37. Any bets we will not see one? here are screenshots of it from back in december: http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24258&hilit=editor+screenshot&start=15#p149033 Moog have been making a ton of changes to this to make it better f...

Re: Sub37 - Have you had this much trouble with other synths
touch wood, I've had no problems with my sub 37. The level of synthesis available in this unit is incredible and whilst the editor has been delayed, they were gracious enough to open up the beta version to anyone who wanted it and they have been very responsive to feedback from that. The editor make...

Re: Panel versus Preset, wth
Also worth remembering that if you do an "init" in panel mode to start patch creation from scratch, the knobs won't be in sync. Following a panel-mode init, you need to press "preset" then "panel" again to get the patch and knob positions in sync.

Re: Sub Phatty + Mother 32 vs Sub 37
Sorry, no experience with the sub phatty or its editor - just the sub 37 and its pre-release editor, which is great. The mod possibilities on the 37 are pretty staggering - you can use things like filter envelope looping to create strong bell sounds! I hope you like yours as much as I do. When you f...

Re: Sub Phatty + Mother 32 vs Sub 37
mother seems to have that fat, rich warm sound that Sub 37 an SubPhatty don't quite seem to get to the 37 has multidrive, a feedback circuit(which sounds very different to just routing headphones to the external audio in), and oscillator overdrive/distortion, and 4 filter slopes to choose from - so...
