this sub forum is full of posts about firmware issues - modern moogs are really dodgy when it comes to firmware updates/update instructions

seems like u must be new round here or be a shareholder of silicon labs

aint nothing like a fanboy trying to justify his purchase

meanwhile......no phatty update......no sign of one.....and only posts about sub37 firmware issues.....which apparently are a myth when wearing fanboy rose tinted glasses

now that sub37 the editors out....we've got lots of posts about firmware issues

its at least FIVE MONTHS since Amos said they had a beefed up the software team

this really sucks......how difficult can it be to get a working VST for the moog sub37???

why does SUB37 hAVE priority over all other moog products?????

so it does seem they have an issue replying within 2-3 workdays as you say....took a little while for first initial reposnse maybe they need to change their automated email repsonse cos it only sets expectations incorrectly We can't speak highly enough about the folks at Moog.
