We shouldn't jump to conclusions of what Moog will or will not do BUT I recently put my Sub37 up for sale (unrelated to this) and the first question I received was whether the shaft was plastic or metal. Needless to say the vast majority of us own plastic. This is an amazing analog synth regardless ...
