Re: Sub 37, SN, owner, location list
Number 29 was received by me in August 2014 in Seattle, unfortunately with broken buttons and shipped back to Sweetwater. I like to think it was a small enough fix that someone got it again. Replaced with happy number 307, no issues, also in Aug 2014. Edit: Specifically for #29, VCA Latch on and Loo...

Re: Bricked Sub37 with 1.1 update
The hours & timezones that I can troubleshoot the device with a borrowed Mac don't generally overlap with the phone hours over at Moog (and I travel alot, not with the Sub37 in tow). I sure don't mind re-arranging my schedule to do a call, but it's difficult enough that I don't want to arrange i...

Re: Bricked Sub37 with 1.1 update
Ok, I've made some progress, but it's still broken. After finding another thread, it turns out that Step 1 on the update breaks Windows device drivers. Nice. Re: Bricked Sub37 with 1.1 update
I use "bricked" very specifically, because I've tried three computers and none of them recognize the Sub37... "unknown USB device". So no - with no connection, no way to fix. I'd call that bricked.

Bricked Sub37 with 1.1 update
Starting from 1.03. Windows updater recognized the Phatty, gave instructions to switch to firmware mode, Sub 37 read FIRMWARE UPDATE and the counter ticked to 100%. At 100%, it paused, then said "update failed". Then Windows said "USB device failed - this is a malfunctioning USB devic...
