Okay, could somebody explain what this means: If your LPTE is still on OS v1, then you cannot update the firmware before first upgrading the hardware. So how do i update the hardware!?

the filter is smooth in the editor software, but when you manually turn filter while pushing key its all choppy and sound cuts and makes weird sounds...

do you have a plastic or metal filter pot shaft underneath the knob? if plastic, you might contact Moog Service for the upgrade to the revised ...
