Both octave swiths on my Sub-37 broken (sudenly , not working) , so you must pay for new ones and and tecnical who change it.
I never use front panel (only editor because sub-37 is far for me) , so the switch are not so good quality..
This is the Moog excelence...

For me the 2 switch cost me about 100€.
Only buy and ship.
I made the change on the synth myself.
I'm very discontent with Moog's quality material.

This is how I convert from 16x16 banks( banco16, programa16 ) to 2x128 banks (bank, program)

bank = math.floor( ( banco16 * 128 + programa16 ) / 16 )
program = math.floor( ( banco16 * 16 + programa16 ) % 128 )

On synth screen there are 16 banks of 16 programs but externally (external midi) are only 2 banks of 128 program each. So you must translate: bank 0 Program 1-16 -> on screen -> bank1 bank 0 Program 17-32 -> bank2 ..... .... Bank 1 program 1-16 -> on screen -> bank9 bank 1 Program 17-32 -> bank10 An...

I had the same problem several times....
Finally:
- Use direct usb conecton (don't use usb hub)
- Use as lowest midi send speed as posible
- downgrade version to older one, 1 time
- upgrade to final version 1 time (all using slower speed as posible )

For me, the condition is: "if you enter something else must leave at least something of equal size .... "
