Thanks, Peter. You pointed me in the right direction. As it turns out, the file sub37_factory_presets_v1.syx is executable and contains all the info on factory presets. I just had to connect the Sub 37 to my computer, open that program and hit the play button. Easy Peasey!

I own a Little Phatty and had the same issue with it. I contacted the Moog factory and they sent me (for $10!) a set of more compliant springs, one for each note. I just swapped out the old springs for the new ones. It definitely softened up the action, although not as much as I would have liked. Sp...
