hey dbit, i had similar problems with my 104z.
i posted that some months ago.
most other users had the problem that there´s a part of the little daughterboard
glued to the mainboard touches the faceplate. to isolate that part (with a
piece of paper for example) might be the solution then.

o.k., i found the solution myself:
i just pushed the little daughterboard back to the mainboard.
i think the glue expanded and disconnected something (just the opposite i was searching for)
everything´s fine again. if it happens again, i´ll just remove the glue i think...
