Re: Anyone finding the spring reverb on Grandmother problema
I have the same issue. More noise from the spring than the actual reverb sound. Curious how to handle this. Pics should indeed be more than welcome. (or a proper response from Moog)

Re: sub patty key issues
This is exactly the issue - creaking noise - why I sold my Subphatty. I have had it repaired and got a brandnew keyboard instead but after a while the same plastic noise again. The keyboard on the SubPhatty plays and feels like a toy. Its is a pitty for such a good machine. I hope once Moog will com...

Re: Sub 37 - Keyboard quality and playability
@Mike37 I agree with you cause thats exactly what I am saying; Make Moog aware of issues
And some issues are critics thats all.
Also no doubt there will be a difference between the keyboard of the SubPhatty and the Sub 37.

Re: Sub 37 - Keyboard quality and playability
Sometimes I feel on this forum critics are not allowed... On my SubPhatty the keyboard feels cheap and it is noisy even after a repair it is still noisy. Because of the cheap key's and springs. When Moog is reading these critics they will think twice about some building parts when they make a new sy...

Re: Sub 37 Gap in case
I don't agree at all. I don't see these gaps as details nor has it anything to do cause it's a small company. There are many small company's (like Vermona or even Nord, for example) that make excellent robust stuff. Whats wrong with a final check before a product leaves the factory. Moog products are...

I hope Moog is reading this. Maybe they can fix this in the promising update.

Re: Sub 37 - Keyboard quality and playability
I have had replace all the keybed from my SubPhatty by the local dealer for al the click-sounds but after a while it was the same again. And Yesterday when I played it it was even worse. It starts at the middle A key. The key itself is also wobbly and every time I press it you hear this plastic clic...

Re: Sub 37 - Keyboard quality and playability
I own a SubPhatty and it's my only critic; The keyboard. Why these clumsey key's. I have had it replace for al the click-sounds but after a while it was the same again. For the rest it's a solid piece of gear. I also played on a Sub 37 in a musicshop downtown and it felt better although I agree it w...

Update SubPhatty any news?
Hi all,
As a happy SubPhatty user I was wondering when there will be a update for all the SubPhatty owners.
And what exactly is the latest firmware?
Andy can you give us a hint?
Thanks in advance!
