Re: Playing before warm up time
Most analog synths, such as the Mother 32, need to warm up in order to stay in tune. You can play the synth right after you turn it on and you will not damage it in any way. It may not hold its pitch however, until the circuits have warmed up.

Re: Little Phatty EG question
Hi Wogu, Do the buttons light up when you push them? Those membrane type buttons will wear out over time or get dirt in them. I have a few that need a second or third push occasionally to operate for that reason. Try pushing the buttons a little bit harder and see if that clicks them on. You can als...

Re: Post your latest purchase!!
Kirneh Ness - I just bought a Tascam DP-24SD as well (two weeks ago). I've been using a Korg D1600 for the last 10 plus years and decided it was time to upgrade. I've tried recording in the box on and off but keep going back to the standalone units.

praxisaxis - regarding Voyager Delirium: very unique, loud, brash, interesting, almost violent, awesome, intellectual, talented, well rehearsed, nicely documented via video, multi-emotional... I liked it.

Re: Model D (reissue) road case?
Found this on the web from a newsgroup post in 2005:
OVERALL SIZE (with Front Panel down):
28 1/4" wide, 16" deep, 5 1/2" high
NET WEIGHT 28 lbs.
You can compare that to the new Minimoog's dimensions at Moogmusic.com
Hope that helps, Mark

Re: What happened to OS 3.6
Hey NickGrooves, I'm running 3.5 on my RME. When Moog posts a later version on their website I will update, but not until then. I am in a similar situation with my DSI Tetra. There is a newer version OS available, however like Moog, Dave Smith Instruments does not list it on their site. I am not exp...

How many presets are there in the new Model D? I've heard anywhere from 1 to 1000, which is correct?

It was recorded and is planned to be released on DVD. Sorry I don't remember who told me that, but it was someone involved in the project.
