LFO FM

Trying to make some sort of FM patch going

Have the LFO tracking the keyboard 1:1
Have to move the modweel to control the FM amount (modbus 1 pitch amount)

How do I use modbus 2 to control the amount of LFO 1 affecting the modbus 1 pitch amount with say the filter eg?

Cheers

I have an Analog Heat mk2 that works flawlessly with overbridge

But I just meant a proper VST / AU plug-in really

Re: VST/AU Plugin?

It’s primarily an analog polysynth, with good midi. I personally can’t see the point in a plugin. I’d prefer they concentrate on getting the firmware to where it’s aimed for. I can’t think what a plug in would offer over such a wonderful UI that the One has. In fact it kinda feels a bit dumb to inv...

VST/AU Plugin?

Is there a VST/AU plugin coming?

DAW integration and the speed and ease of using automation is vital to my workflow

And for a synth this complex it would be extremely helpful with a librarian at least

The Moog One is my dreamsynth but will pass on it if I can’t have the plugin

GM Filter Cutoff

I heard the filter won’t open up all the way and that the attenuverter into the filters cv input won’t help getting the cutoff up to where it belongs! It’s kind of a deal breaker for me.

Anyone?

Mother 32 filter overdrive?

Hey everyone! Have you managed to (over)drive the filter on the 32? It´s an integral part of my sound and I would be selling a Voyager RME to finance a few eurorack modules! I´ve been told that the 32 is built to handle hot signals and that euro is already pretty hot so it won´t overdrive. It´s make...

MF Drive Scoop Mod

I love the MF Drive but have zero use for the midscoop 12 o´clock on the tone knob. In fact I think it´s super annoying and I´d like to get rid of it. Been researching Big Muffs lately and it has a parallel hpf/lpf and a midscoop since the cutoff points are not overlapping and I´m guessing its the s...

Re: Drive/ distortion pedal for Voyager á la multidrive

Tried the RIGHT OUT to EXT IN and it beefed up the sound in the same way as the Sub 37 feedback. Very nice. Will get a cable for trying the HEADPHONE OUT to MIX IN next...

RME won´t glide... What´s wrong?

My RME just won´t glide no matter what I do. Glide is ON (tried turning it on in the menu and with the glide knob). There are no pot mappings with glide rate as destination. Tried all glide modes. No MIDI CC 65 message is being sent to it.

What´s wrong? The RME is mint otherwise and sounds great!

Re: Drive/ distortion pedal for Voyager á la multidrive

I´m gonna try some RIGHT OUT to EXT IN today and see what happens. On the Sub Phatty / Sub 37 I did not like the sound of overloading the mixer too much but the Voyager might sound different? I think I´m gonna get a MF-Boost and put it in the MIXER OUT - FILTER in loop once a pedal pops up cheap. An...

Re: a new polyphonic Moog

Moog has done poly before and should do it again with the "Sub" line. However the knobs are too low quality I think so I sold my 37 and bought a Voyager RME instead.

The Multidrive from the Sub Phatty & 37!

Why not the whole section from the synths on a pedal?

MF Filter - Cutoff - Resonance - Multidrive - Slope

The MF Drive in the video smashed the sound compared to multidrive on the Sub Phatty & Sub 37, but that could have something to do with gain staging!

Re: Drive/ distortion pedal for Voyager á la multidrive

I always end up boosting the highs on Moog synths so the MF Boost might be nice. It sounded clean without destroying the sound as heard in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFrsUsWWHng

The MF Drive broke the sound up more but sounded equally cool though! :)

Re: Drive/ distortion pedal for Voyager á la multidrive

I had a ring, a delay and a cluster flux before and the drive they gave sounded the same so I guess it doesn´t matter which Moogerfooger you use. They sounded great but are a bit too pricey these days. I guess a ring would be the best pedal for expanding the sound possibilities.
