It's birch.

I liked the natural look too, but together with the NS88 and NMG2 it looks nicer in red.

Since I made a red Mellotron-like wooden stand for my Nord Modular G2, I also wanted red wooden panels for my Sub Phatty.
A friend of mine made them for me (no computer controlled machinery used).

The problem seems to be solved after power cycling .

I updated my Sub Phatty to the latest firmware.

The ENV RELEASE knobs don't do anything anymore, in all my existing patches the filter / amp release stage is GONE.
Even in all provided Patch Libraries there is no release stage.
Same goes for when creating a new patch from 'Active Panel': sound ...
