Thanks everyone -- I heard back from Moog and they're sending out a replacement switch for me. They offered to replace it themselves as well, but I figured this would be easier than shipping it out.

Hi all -- I received bounce-backs from the technical support emails, so trying on here.

The octave knob on osc 1 of my Sub Phatty doesn't seem to be working. The issue seems to have popped up out of nowhere (no drops, power surges, etc). The editor is also not recognizing osc 1 octave knob ...

Moog x Monome TV Enclosure + NYC Showcase (Warper Party)

Hi All,
I am doing a set tomorrow night at this month's Warper Party at The Delancey in NYC. I'll be sequencing my Sub Phatty with an electribe and I've built a TV enclosure for my monome to act as a sort of 50's era sci-fi frequency visualizer for the Moog.

If anyone is local, come on out tomorrow ...

Are you hearing any external sound at all? The first step should be to access shift mode and make sure that the noise knob is turned up as this controls the level of the external input in shift mode. With that turned up and a dummy patch cord plugged into the CV gate in you should be able to hear ...
