Re: Multi-Moogerfooger power supply

I was looking into using the Cioks DC10 to power my gear: Have a look at their Eventide PowerFactor 2, it has even more power: http://cioks.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=72&Itemid=87 Or wait for Strymon`s Zuma: http://www.strymon.net/products/zuma/ I`ve built two boxes, ...

That's a RML 432k. It has a Moog-style filter in it that is CV controllable, as well as both germanium and silicon fuzz options (plus transistor boost and op-amp distortion).
Thanks! Waiting for the evening when I have time to have a look at it...

I have the Vermona Retroverb Lancet, and I absolutely love it. Although it doesn`t have that many in- and output...

Re: Time For New Moogerfoogers!

I still (always) wonder if they might someday make a utility CV MoogerFooger or CP/VX format device that has a pair of control voltage envelopes, a looping LFO or two, a VCA, etc. Looping LFO would be a great addition. I wonder why they never released anything like that before in one of their boxes...

Re: Time For New Moogerfoogers!

Now that I am owner of the jack-heavy and foogerfriendly Korg MS20 module I could see a Moog take on the ESP (external signal processor). Paired with some of our ideas from the MF-109M-thread this would definitely fill a hole... What I`m really wondering about are the reasons for the discontinuation...

Re: I'm sure this is asked a lot - Moogerfooger power issue

I discovered something interesting today that could be very useful for us multi-Fooger-owners: The Eventide Powerfactor 2 (made by Cioks). It has even more power (2200mA compared to 1600mA) than the DC10. Here are the specifications (copy&pasted from eventide.com): "8 outlets configured in ...

Re: MF-106 High Pass Filter

The MF101 can do a highpass filter. You need a CP251. You mix the dry and filtered signal, and reverse the phase on one of them. This makes the passband signal out of phase, so mixing them cancels out the passband of both dry and filtered signal leaving only highpass from the dry signal. This trick...

Hello again Here is my latest final sketch of the missing MF-109M: 8) https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3903/15300450955_b41411f3fd_o.jpg The whole layout now tries to use the familiar MuRF-layout. Stomp switches and lights: - The on/off switch and light act like on all the Moogerfoogers. Two different...

Re: S&H to 103 Sweep In. Help needed. Got 101, 104 and CP251

I haven`t checked the manuals, but the first thing that comes into my mind is whether the generated Env is high enough to trigger the S&H. Maybe routing the Env Out through the mixer and adding some offset voltage will solve the problem. Or maybe you just need to push the 101 a bit to generate a...

Great stuff everybody! Keep it coming Yes, I really enjoy a lot of the quirkier sounds people create with Moogerfoogers. I already posted some of my Fooger-experiments in the general topics thread "show your synthesizer music", but will post them again here for those interested: https://s...

Re: I'm sure this is asked a lot - Moogerfooger power issue

I use a Cioks DC10 to power my Moogerfoogers, and occasionally some pedals with "normal" polarity. The DC10 has outputs for different voltages (9, 12, 18) and offers outputs with 100mA, 200mA or 400mA. With different cables you can even combine Volts or mAs. Mine came with different cables...

Re: MF-109M - yet another VCA/EnvGen mockup

This week I have been sick for some days, and what do you do when it starts getting boring? Exatly, you think about your Moogerfooger idea again... Maybe gates, envelopes, a VCA and panning are a bit too much for one Moogerfooger. And if you finally had such a thing, what would you control your Moog...

Re: Noisy mf-104m artifacts at short delay settings

Nice thread - I like to overclock my MF-104M too. I`m not sure if mentioning products form other manufacturers in this forum is kosher, but as I have no connections to the manufacturer, I think it`s safe: From looking at the description and watching some videos about koma elektroniks BD101, this thi...

That was an open question, and I think your points are relevant: very rewarding, useful in many situations, and you don't know how many BBD are left I understood it as such. I hope I didn`t come across like starting a crusade or so  . I just wanted to share my thoughts on the topic, and I rea...
