Sub Phatty here, I'm on the same boat. Octave knob of second osc stopped working. Meanwhile the software know is doing its job. It seems to be a knob issue.

I 've noticed it since the Sub 37 first came out. Also my first experience with a Moog. It has been very VERY disappointing...

Update on the editor: my problem has nothing to do with the DAW. Subphatty just stops playing even in connection with the stand alone. All I have to do is change a value (f.e. pitch wheel) while playing. It just stops?

We are still waiting for a fixed editor (Hardware disconnected) and it seems Moog moves on to another synth, which is practically a better version of one that hasn't even been around for a year! What's going on??

@ jgo I think that what you're saying is: work with the editor outside the DAW and control sub phatty only with midi in and out within the DAW (no editor needed)- which actually defeats the purpose of a VSTi. I hope Moog is making some progress on the issue, because the problem with DAW integration ...

I have the exact same problem with the 64bit vst . "Hardware disconnected" appears randomly or suddenly the release knob just doesn't work within my DAW! Standalone version works properly though.

Since the update and install of the editor SP became unusable in my DAW. It starts with the first note, hangs there and needs turning off...
VST Editor always shows hardware not being connected.
I think something is wrong with the USB connection.

Many problems here also. I keep getting a "hardware disconnected" message at the left side of the prefs screen (Firmware: ...) randomly. The system is running on Windows 7/64, so I have to disconnect my Subphatty from the DAW's midi in and outs and only use the editor's Midi i/o instead. B...
