Sub to Subsequent 37 - is there a Moog sticker for the panel?
hi there i upgraded my Sub 37 to a Subsequent 37. But you wouldnt know it by looking at it. (of course you know it when you listen!!...but just not from pics) Is there any overlay sticker or something that Moog or a 3rd party has produced that i can stick over the "Sub 37" to turn it into ...

Re: Model D midi question
this is the biggest fear of any mini owner...that the synth sounds different when "midified" or via midi.
i personally cant hear any difference with my mini reissue....but it surely is possible that there could be a difference in any mini

Re: Replacing blown capacitor
id guess that C9 is the same as C10. id just throw another one in C9 first and plug it in and see what happens.
Plug it into a powerboard that has a trip button so it can pop if theres a short.
Id stand back from it a bit tho when i turned it on....

Re: Custom wood on Minimoog Model D?
the Walnut one looks more like the picture in my head of what a "minimoog" should look like color-wise! I always thought my minimoog re-issue looked too pale/light colored. But i do like it, the wood grain on mine is particularly consistent & neat without any crazy knots or swirls in w...

Re: Sub37 Yellow Keys!
my Sub 37 keys have yellowed also. I took a look at them the other day, the Sub37 is sitting on a keyboard rack with a Roland JX3P above it (from 1982) and a Roland JD800 below it from the 90s, and my 18 month old Sub37 keys are seriously way more yellow than the other keyboards..it looks like its t...

Re: Minimoog Switch discoloration
You really need the UV light of the sun. The whole process and chemical reaction requires it.
A few guys have tried putting them under their lizard tank UV light and it *kinda* works.. but not as well and requires twice as long. It’s not as full spectrum.

Re: New Model D Reissue Problems
my power supply is fine but it could very well be faulty, a cap or filter in it could have a problem, you have a good point there. if i was you i would buy another PS from moog and see if the problem goes away. AT the end of the day you should get a spare PS they dont last forever!!! and if youre on...
