Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

FWIW, the CP251's +/- 5.6VDC range limits the usefulness of it with euroracks nominal +/- 8 to 10VDC CV range. For what is basically only a CV utility, this leaves quite a bit to be desired not being able to express the entire CV range of outputs, or clipping out of range inputs. However, there are...

Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

i'm going to double back here (i think?) and i'll state that i already have the cp-251 and yes i understand i could pick up separate prebuilt modules to substitute its functionality in my euro system.... and true they probably would have more power than the current functions of the orig cp251, but i...

Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

Why wouldn’t you the same components and make your own ? I thought that was the whole point of eurorack. not sure if you were refering to my comment? if so, for me it boils down to time. i'd rather just pay to have it professionally done. i don't have the time/enough time to figure out how to solde...

Re: Unlisted Werkstatt Building Video

true?? although i think i only paid about $40 for the expander??? but tbh i'd rather just buy more eurorack modules and keep my original version for its own voice esp since it's #393 of the original run?? call me weird but having been a guitar player that strayed from the path and always wanting cer...

Re: Would love a Eurorack version of CP-251

i second this 10x over!! however they can't be priced anywhere near what the current rate for the moogerfoogers are going for!!!!!..... and to stay mildly competitive they should be priced cheaper than the original foogers were esp. since the footprint is/ would be hopefully smaller. with my little ...

Re: Unlisted Werkstatt Building Video

Ha, nice one!! the bigger question since you are "in the know" will the newer cv expander be available separately?? having already purchased the older version many, many moons ago for my 2014 vintage build of the werkstatt. According to Moog, the new CV expander isn't compatible with the ...

Re: Phatty's dancing LEDs: ultimate guide intent

as a fellow lp user, admittedly not as much as i should be (thanks non-moog eurocrack), thank you for the heads up! i had noticed this a little bit when i was using my end of the run lp solar edition more regularly, but i admit i have wandered away from my lp and will refer back to this in the future!

mother-32 v2.0.0

ok..... so i have never officially updated any of my moogs that are capable of being updated... that being said i really would like to update my m-32! i have always had the fear of bricking them, because it sounds so much more complex than it probably is. anywho, i have a 2007 imac running el capita...

Re: Vertical and shallow rack

oh that looks sweet! is that the koma 301? thanks for posting this topic, as i have been thinking about freeing up desk space from the 2) desktop style racks i have. i do have a question regarding those standing racks, don't they have square holes? are there adapters for rack screws?

Re: is it possible to "ping" the filters of the murf?

By 'pinging', do you mean apply a very short transient CV to the input to excite the filter bands in the MuRF? by my understanding of "pinging" then yes. i did try to play around with this this past weekend. i believe the answer is kind of a no being the only inputs outside of audio are f...

is it possible to "ping" the filters of the murf?

ok, i have been way silent on here for many months and have been delving into eurocrack but my moogs (mother 32 and werkstatt) have been along for the ride. that being said, i have also been following hainbach probably way too much on youtube, but he recently posted a video using the serge resonant ...
