I did think this was a technical fault. I take it there was not an option to download a new firmware update to calibrate the s.p? How do I get in contact with Amos or is there an email for moog repairs? Thanks for the help

My filter cutoff is still producing sound even below 20hz in 1-4 pole mode. No matter what I do I cannot fully cut off the audio. I have turned eg and kb amount to zero in active panel mode and I'm still getting sound. Has anyone experienced this since the newest firmware update? Thanks in advance ...

I'm having difficulties getting the presets within SP editor into my daw (Studio one). The preset works fine in standalone mode but when recording in s1 it is completely different? I'm pretty sure there is something I need to activate within the editor but I cannot find it.

I have run through the steps to update my sub phatty. When i sent the second file to the sub phatty it stated in the update instructions that it would re start then go through an automatic tuning calibration. After i sent the 2nd file it did not reboot and the pitch amt, hard sync, activate oanel ...

I just got my Sub Phatty today, I'm loving it so far but this is happening to mine too. Using in studio One via usb & suddenly the cutoff knob stops functioning, its happened a few times. It has to be switched off & on again for it to work, hope this is easily sorted ...

I have a real problem trying to play my s.p through studio one. Is there a software editor that you are supposed to down load? i can play the s.p through soft synths like massive, albino e.t.c but not on its own through studio one. Nothing registers with the program. Any help would be appreciated.
