The email would've been sent to the email address you submitted on the Moog product registration page.
Like others here, I received the download links earlier today via the email address I gave on the day I registered my synth.

...wonders how long before the OP realises how easy it is to catch the fine-tune knob without realising, figures out why it was disabled in the menu to begin with and then disables it again by choice?

You can do it with just Slim Phattys, my second one just arrived, although I haven't polychained yet, I am going to calibrate them both today or tomorrow.

I have a White Little Phatty Stage II (Blue LEDS) and a regular Black Slim Phatty. I'm considering buying a second SP for 3-voice polyphony. This could cost a fortune. Where do we stop? With 16 voices available, I'm guessing I'll run out of cash before I run out of rack-space!

How easy is it to replace a single key? I see replacement keys for synths on eBay all the time.
