Please make sure that the Sub Phatty in not set as 'active' MIDI input device in Cubase's Peripherals configuration.
When it's active for Cubase, the Sub Phatty MIDI device will be unavailable for other apps ...

When I try to move a preset with my mouse from the Sub Phatty Presets and then put it into the Library it's not the sound corresponding to this slot but the one which was there before I edit the preset.

With 0.9.4 (x86 standalone) In the Librarian if you select a patch on the Sub Phatty it won't switch to the right corresponding patch in the Sub Phatty Presets pannel (right one)

Upon launch it keeps loading half off the screen at the bottom. Must always move window up.
