Ffs, now I want to find several hundred pounds for a ClusterFlux.
Realistically, i'm thinking the Ring Mod does look good for sound design, at quite low cost too. Did see a Freqbox going cheap but i have no CV gear to keep it in tune etc - seems quite a specific pedal.

Thanks for the replies. My main priority is a hands-on interface (similar to Moog delay, no menus etc) and an analogue (or analogue modelled) delay. It doesn't have to be analogue per se, but I don't want anything too digital as I have lots of plugins for that job.

What's the most similar and low-cost alternative to the MF 104? Mainly for mangling electronic sounds like in this vid:
