I was thinking there might be a way to use an envelope follower as a sync... maybe run a kick drum to a Moogerfo...

Re: Good news for Minimoog D owners.

Just want to post to echo what tonewheeltom said. my Model D was a mess and he brought it back to life, but in addition his follow-thru was second-to-none. There was a glitch with my MIDI in (my card tested fine with some MIDI devices but none of mine worked with it), and despite being on opposite c...

If you find something please let us know. I think a custom hard case is the only option.

Re: Found a Minimoog Model D that needs some TLC

I was just wondering, I'd heard people say they weren't all walnut but I guess there's no good rhyme or reason for which serial numbers are which wood type huh? These things are so interesting. Thanks again guys.

Re: Found a Minimoog Model D that needs some TLC

Wow CZ Rider thank you so much for chiming in. Chris and I assumed they weren't original because we were going off what the Lords of the Mini site says about knob history, and because they're different from the other Minis in his shop now. I bought a set of silver inserts to replace the nasty ones o...

Re: Found a Minimoog Model D that needs some TLC

So we're making progress! The corrosion slowed things down, as there was corrosion on the cards, but everything is looking much better. Still some corrosion on the connectors but they seem to be fine: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/23904307/My%20Gear/Minimoog%20Model%20D/Before/040.JPG The new ...
