Moog Guitar Swing
These days my main gig is playing nylon string guitar in a Western Swing band . .. not much demand in Dallas for a Moog Guitarist yet. So, I'm adapting the repetoire to the Moog Guitar in my free time. My first attempt is "It Don't Mean a Thing" by Duke Ellington. Everything was recorded ...

Re: Guitarist needs to shape his soundwaves (MF107 and/or LF
Edoardo, MY first rec: Get a Moog Guitar. With the Ladder Filter and CV input you can have unlimited tonal shaping at your fingertips. Then get a CP-251 or a another control processor like the Broadcaster by Co-Pilot FX and plug it into the CV input. Alternatively, I must disagree with tommy and te...

Speak English, man!
Thanks though . .. I"ll try to figure out what you mean . .. it sounds like the Flanger is sending a signal to Mult Out via TS . . . so I need to use a TRS. I can get one made.

Re: Supa-Puss vs. 104M
Still finding the Supa-Puss to be dope. Here is another track . .. much more Puss and lots of Moog Guitar. I really like the Ascending and Descending sequence on a very long delay. I could make them last longer by introducing more gain, but there's a catch because when you do you are running the ri...

Re: Why does my A/DA Flanger mess up the 4way Mult on my CP-
Im not following exactly what the signal flow is. Are you sure that you aren't summing the signals? Smooth Random => Attenuator => 4-way multiple In 4-way mult Out 1 =>MF103 4-way multi Out2 => Mf105 4-way multi Out 3 => A/DA Flanger control CV input Why does the Flanger mess up the equation? Is it...

he chase mode exists, as well as modulation, external feedback loop, external tap tempo input and feedback ramp when keeping the tap footswitch pressed: very cool feature OR... the Deluxe Memory Boy: quite the same, sounds more like a beautiful pad tone under your instrument. Re: Supa-Puss vs. 104M
The 3 secs of delay available in the Supa-puss is definitely via BBD. The echoes begin to ring modulate and distort quite heavily which is a cool effect especially in the "Chase" mode. THe EHX 1100 ms DMTT was an option but, I wasn't sure if the taps could do extreme delay times, or if a ...

Why does my A/DA Flanger mess up the 4way Mult on my CP-251?
Hi Guys, So I was trying something new in my setup yesterday . . . I decided to plug my A/DA Flanger's control jack into the 4-way Multiple on my CP-251. I generally run an attenuated Smooth Random Wave into the 4 way multiple to send to my extant foogers. However, when I sent one of the outputs to...

Supa-Puss vs. 104M
I was recently experiencing Analog Delay fever again, and having sold off my 104's I was looking at available options in the budget range. It just so happens the night I decided to search was the launch date of the Way Huge Supa-Puss. So, I decided to order it at the stellar price of $250. It's a p...

FA: Moog Guitar Case
Hi guys, I'm auctioning via Ebay the case that came with my Paul Vo Guitar. I've never used it. It was only used for shipping, and once I received it I placed the guitar in the SKB 3i case I had set-up and waiting for it. The case is perfect, and is not the one I complained about earlier (with the ...

It should be fine.
I talked to Mr. Maass about having him build me a custom with Stainless Steel Frets a while back. It didn't happen, but that was only due to funds.

Re: Vo Power Scare . .. what are the power specs for the Moo
Hey guys, I'm back . . .It seems somebody must have blocked my old account after my last few posts. Let me assure you that I am a lover of the Moog Guitar. IT seems that some of us who purchased Paul Vo's received power supplies that do not indicate the proper polarity. The proper polarity is negat...
