same here (macbook pro 2010, os x 10.6.8) and with the latest editor/minitaur firmware.
reboot issues and when recalled, the presets on the minitaur itself are often slightly different or completely different.
looking forward to rev2 fixes, hope you can solve the issues soon & keep up the good ...
