Re: MF-104M time TIME LED display question

I've been asking Moog to fix the firmware since summer 2012.

They obviously don't really care that it doesn't work.

Re: 104m delay firmware bug

Nearly a year after I started this topic, and in a few months it will be 2 years of having these problems. And Moog hasn't lifted a finger to fix it. $700 delay, and zero support from the manufacturer to fix the problems. It feels like an insult every time they roll out a new product without going b...

Re: 104m delay firmware bug

I was told the other day that Moog is supposedly scheduling the firmware update for December.

I guess we shall see.

Re: 104m delay firmware bug

Moog should invest in more employees to work on this stuff if that's the case. Or wait until things are rock-solid before releasing.

Re: 104m delay firmware bug

It seems like Moog doesn't really care about fixing bugs. I've been in contact with them about this issue for about a year with zero effort on their part to fix it. Always more emphasis on new products than fixing issues with existing products. Are they incapable of fixing things or do they just not...

Re: 104m delay firmware bug

They've sent me firmware before. I think it's transmitted via Midi if I recall correctly.

They delay sounds nice but they should really fix it - if it were a $200 delay I wouldn't expect it, but $600. Um, yeah. Please fix it moog.

104m delay firmware bug

I'm hoping Moog will fix this bug soon. They've known about it for a while: When you tap in a tempo, then engage modulation, the delay time defaults to the max "knob time" available in the currently selected mode (long/short). But you can then retap a tempo and make the delay time longer t...

Re: Where's my Iridiscent Moog Sticker?

never got any stickers - last year bought cp-251, mf-104m, and slim phatty, previously mf-102.

Why bother baiting people with stickers if you're not going to send them? Seems weird. They should learn from Apple and just put stickers in the boxes.

Re: Using the Rekon VST Editor - help please

I could never get it to work right with my slim phatty. The developer said it won't work with the USB MIDI, but I had problems using it with regular MIDI as well. Maybe Moog will develop a better solution...

The black panels on the bottom are touch-based sequencers.

Re: Post your latest purchase!!

@ $3500. It's a makenoise shared system plus a brains module, 808 bass drum module and a multiplier. makeNoise are headed by a guy who used to work at Moog.
