Thanks for the information. Its helpful. Those benton boxes cost over three times what I paid for the dr220 so I doubt I'll buy it.
Its too bad that thats my only option to sync the two machines. I like the sound of the BOSS machine.

LP Stage II and Boss Dr220A drum machine
Hello. I did not find anything here regarding this topic so I hope I'm not overlooking something. I have a stage II LP and a BOSS DR 220A drum machine. I want to set the LP arpeggiating a pattern and matching that tempo with a pattern or a sequence of steps on the 220A. Right now I just eye ball it ...

Re: Arpeggiator presets, octaves
Hello. I guess I should state my question in a different way.
On the LP stage II with the newest OS, how do you save arpeggiator settings globally, i.e., so every preset has the same arpeggiator setting.
If anyone can tell me I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!

Re: Arpeggiator presets, octaves
Thanks! I tried that, and it worked. Though, still, after I change from 1 octave to 0 octave then go back to the presets it changes back to 1 octave again. How do you globally set the setting and make it stay?
Thank you very much for your help. Todd

Re: Arpeggiator presets, octaves
Thanks for the reply. I didnt think it could be set to zero. Also probably 3/4 of them stay on one octave when the machine is set to 1.
Im used to a Korg and setting the Korg at 1 means to stay on one octave. Thanks!

Arpeggiator presets, octaves
Hello. It seems like some of the preset sounds run on two octaves, even though the arpeggiator is set for 1 octave. For example preset 12 "bass man" does two octaves when you press one note. And so does preset 10 "upfront bass." There are others that do this too, as far as I can ...
