Since it seems to have affected so many people (and potentially many more with still working hardware) it would be good if Moog made an official announcement on this, and from which Serial Number they replaced the part. And some instructions on what to do if your filter knob starts to have issues.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried filtering out CC99 with Cubase's MIDI filter - still stuck notes.. MIDI monitor shows all note on/off messages seem to be getting through, as does PolyPress messages.
