Re: Used XL or new Voyager+VX351?
I own an XL and find it useless for making music. I walk in the room, it grabs my attention, I stand there transfixed until hunger snaps me back to reality. No music is played. I am learning to sneak up on it in the dark so I can't get captured by its allure. So far technique has resulted in two suc...

Re: Post your latest purchase!!
Arturia Minibrute. It is an attractive, enjoyable, inexpensive little synth that I believe will become well regarded and historically significant. It is quite expressive in itself, but running it through some MF's and effect pedals makes it all kinds of fun.

Re: Any news about the small gift for Voyager owners?
Out of the blue I received a sticker last week with a vanilla form letter suggesting I should visit the Moog website.

Re: help! anyone here own a Virus TI?
I've had my TI since last summer. I have had the occasional hanging note that I had to "panic" off, but those events have been very rare (but puzzling). I do not have enough technical sophistication to speculate on why this occurs. I literally love my Virus and I think it is a wonderful bu...

Re: Very interesting from Sweetwater
Geez....such skeptics. To be honest there is not enough time or interest in my life to care about scamming my cohorts in Moog World. I mean if I make you mad you'll snub me in the future. Ok for what its worth.............. http://www.flickr.com/photos/84298631@N04/8034243005/in/photostream/lightbox/

Re: Very interesting from Sweetwater
Cross my heart and hope to die guys, I was really sent this stuff from Sweetwater. I'm not saying it's not some kind of joke, but I swear to you on the soul of my XL, I had nothing to do with it.

Very interesting from Sweetwater
Sweetwater sent the picture with the announcement but I'm too dumb to imbed in post. It certainly seems legit: 10th Anniversary Minimoog Voyager Moog will soon be announcing a VERY special and limited Custom 10th Anniversary Minimoog Voyager. Only 5 total of these will be built for the United States...

Re: Pining for a MiniBrute
I am sorry that I have kind of moved the topic of the thread, but since we are going this way . . . has anyone had any familiarity with the iStomp?

Re: Pining for a MiniBrute
The pads are to die for. I haven't had it long, and I am only kind of running it through the presets to see what it can do. However, everything you pull up is so intuitively easy to manipulate, that you can soon delightfully mangle the sound and make it your own. Then when you run the Voyager as you...

Ok then, let's talk about my new Virus. Absolutely compliments my Voyager. Beautiful instrument, rich, deep and complex.

Re: Just bought a MiniMoog Model D 1977
Geez Alien, just another post sucking the joy out of those of us whom love our Voyagers. I was kind of excited for Zombie and loved the posted pics of his D, but now the pleasure of this post has faded. I LOVE my Voyager, I LOVE it's sound, it is truly a splendid, unique and beautiful instrument. Bu...

Re: Post your latest purchase!!
An Access Virus TI2 Keyboard has just happily arrived. Personally I think it compliments my Voyager extremely well. The keyboard action is "to die for." I have very limited space in my very temporary living situation, so I had to put my Little Phatty away to make room for the Virus :( Oh w...

Re: Help new Voyager XL Owner (Show me yours)
I have my XL and a Virus on an "On Stage KS7-365 EJ" Z-style stand. It's built like a tank; NO movement on either level when I play.
