CP-252???
Hi there, This just about meets the CP252 ideas put forward on this forum: http://www.koma-elektronik.com/products/rh-301-rhythm-workstation-utility-tool/ There other gear looks interesting, and this offers some good features, but it would be great if Moog could do something that would fit next to t...

Re: CP-251 with Oberheim SEM Pro?
The SEM does seem to have a pretty hot output, but then so does the direct carrier out on the MF Ring Mod.
So, I reckon so, based on not having any problems myself in the past year. But, others may have a view based on tech stuff than plugging things in.

Re: CP-251 with Oberheim SEM Pro?
Yes, they work fine. The mixer is useful too - it is spec'ed to allow mixing of audio or cv signals. One of the advantages of the pro over the patchpanel is that it has an amp in the ext. audio in (or at least one side of it), whereas the patchpanel version does not, so you need to get a pretty hot ...

Re: CP-251 with Oberheim SEM Pro?
Hi, I'm running the patch panel SEM and a CP-251 and not found the S/H function on the CP251 to be a problem, works fine for me. Although, the other poster seems to be more knowledgable about this stuff than I am. You should also look at getting some of the 1/4 to 1/8" leads that Hosa make (not...

Slim Phatty CV Out
Hi there,
Is there any talk of the CV out mod being made available for the Slim Phatty?
Cheers,
Roy

Re: moogerfoogers and koma electronic kommander
Well, you don't need to use the Mix control, as you'll only be using Carrier Out and not Audio Out. Or you could use the Carrier Out (send it to the mixer), and feed the MF-102 MF-107's output (like I did), so as to use the Ring Mod as an oscillator and a modulator at the same time. I think you sho...

Re: moogerfoogers and koma electronic kommander
Hi there,
If you plugged one kommander output in to carrier frequency and the other into mix without any other signal coming in, do you get a theremin?

Re: Anyone have an MF-108M
Whats everyone's favorite effect to put in the feed back insert? I haven't experimented with this too much but the murf is really cool With the Flux self oscillating the MuRF in the feedback loop can make some amazing sounds, really clangy with the envelope on 2, and a bit more spacy round the othe...

Re: Cluster Flux high pitch noise/delay time multiplier
One thing I have found that is if i put a low pass filter in the feedback loop and take out the top end it can really smooth out these extreme and long setting on the cluster. May be worth a try?

Re: CV for Me
Yes the Cluster Flux has a stereo output but its the wet signal, phase inverted....nice for when you want the sound to come from far wider than the monitor position, but not good for when your tunes get played on internet radio stations that "mono-fy" the signal to save bandwidth...not you...

CV for Me
Hi there, Is anyone else a little concerned about the move to midi with the foogers? The reason I love them is the CV, no-one else offers CV control pedals. If the non-midi versions are cheaper (like the MuRF), then those who want it can buy a quality CV converter to synch up, or was this the purpos...

MuRF Manual - Original Version
Hello there,
Just picked up an original non-midi MuRF second hand, with no manual. Anyone have one? I'd love the descriptors of the patterns and how/what the LFO/Sweep does if nothing else, the rest seems straightforward.
Cheers,
Roy

Re: Should I get a CP-251?
I have an EV-5 foot controller and it does work with the CP-251, but it has been some time since I've used it so I can't give you anything more than that. You will need TRS cables for mutlislot patches though, something to do with a + and - voltage send: there is more detail on this in the CP-251 ma...

Add this to the list for the cp252, along with an ADSR with a delayed trigger mechanism....

Re: Anyone have an MF-108M
The biggy for me with no LFO out is not so much the midi sync, but access to all those LFO shapes - no other bit of my kit has ramps, and I love the ramp lfo into the filter cut off: it was my staple when I was carrying a SH-5 to gigs, but that's long gone. What I use it for as well as chorus/flange...
