Re: V1 vs V2

Thx. I like the graphics so I opted for the V2. It's on the way!

Re: Ring modulator noise

I just bought an MF-102 ring mod. Absolutely gorgeous. It turns out the noise problem with the Randy’s revenge was the electrical system at the guitar shop… Seems as though everything is noisy there.

Sounds like you found a solution. I use a midi clock with mine. It works well.

how have you arranged them?

It's been a long wait, but I finally added an MF-102 ring modulator and an MF-101 low pass filter to my MF-108m cluster flux, MF trem, and MF-104m delay. Love it. Love it. Love it. All of these pedals are audio looped in series into my amps effects loop arranged in the order listed. For those that h...

Switching power supply

Has anyone ever used a switching power supply, as opposed to a linear supply, with their Moogergoogers? With the addition of a MF-102 and a Keeley Compressor pro, I have outgrown my voodoo lab pedal power 2+. For my new rig I was advised to replace all the MF wall warts in favor of a dedicated power...

MF-102 Noxious Odor

I just bought a "NEW" MF-102 from Reverb and right out of the box it had a noxious chemical like odor. A day later the smell is still there. WTFlip!

Re: Ring modulator noise

Thx. It boggles my mind why they stopped making them. I have the cluster flux, delay, and MF trem. Beautiful.

Ring modulator noise

For those of you who have used a ring modulator...with it plugged in and turned on, does it make noise like it is self oscillating when you are not playing? I tried out a Randy’s Revenge the other day, my first with a ring mod, and it was annoyingly noisy. Just wondering if all ring mods were. Thx.

MF Trem min CV at Exp

Can anyone confirm the minimum allowable control voltage that the MF Trem can accept at its expression input? The manual lists a maximum input level of +5 V DC, but what is the min?

Re: Midi Clock Generator

Thanks for the suggestions. Actually I was able to find a SMARTClock and it works nicely. Although it's tap tempo feature uses the actual time between the last 2 taps instead of a more useable average. I also discovered that my midi controller, the FAMC LF+12+, also sends midi clock but it's range i...

Re: Midi Clock Generator

Hi cleo672. That’s a good question, but you might be better off posting in it’s own thread with a meaningful subject. Why would anybody look for your question in a thread about a midi generator?
