Only the uA726 chip, used on the later oscillator board serials 10175 and above (...) is harder to find because it has been discontinued. And no direct modern replacements seems available (to my knowledge).
Everything else has a modern equivalent readily available.

You can't be wrong with a minimoog.
But model D is the only good money investment, as long as you get a good working/well preserved one.

i finally found this allen set crew !! :mrgreen:
i have used a 1.5mm allen key, then open the pot and clean with some air-spray & deoxydant-spray ( KF F2 )
re-build and test. all is fine now !
