Yes that is fair enough. Just saying that since the foggers have CVins you can use other modules that produce synced CVs and have everything working.
I understand this is a studio solution and a hassle for gigging.

Get a small eurorack case, throw in Expert Sleepers ES-3, bingo synced CVs (LFOs, DC off sets, clocks, stepped LFOs, S&H, S&G, envelopes...etc) from your DAW to any moogerfooger CV input..

Re: Cluster Flux Limited Edition?
I have a love/hate relationship with the MF-108. It sounds great and also plays well with my modular https://vimeo.com/128881712 But its very noisy considering how much it costs. 600€ is a lot of cash for so much noise. Basically I can't use it in any patches with not enough harmonics to mask the no...

Re: Minitaur v3.0 editor and v2.1 firmware released!
Right, first impressions. It works, everything is fine, I don't even have to have the USB cable plugged in, as I had run out of tape to cover the pin that made that God awful USB noise. Things that need sorting out still, saving the logic song it self, messes up settings. You can save the whole chan...

Re: Minitaur v3.0 editor and v2.1 firmware released!
I've installed V2.1 and upon installing the editor, my mac says "an unknown error occurred".
I am on OS 10.6.8.
Suggstions?
*EDIT* posted before I read the whole thread (doh!), I've installed it, here goes...

Re: Your must have Foogers
Had the MF-107, sent it back.
I cannot choose between 2, I have to have the MF-102, MF-103 and MF-108.
The thing is, they make my x0xb0x, Virus C and Nord Lead sound awesome as well.

Not helping much this post, but for the record, I have 0 problems with V2.0 on my MacBook Pro running Logic Pro 9 on OS 10.6.8.

My Minitaur has gone out of tune
I need to have the little tune knob, slightly flat for it to be in tune now. Its been fine for the last 6 or so months that I have had it.
How do I calibrate it?

Re: Moog SUB PHATTY
Yes to rack version! I'm not so sold on seeing a rack version be made available. I'd fear that the troubles that plague the Slim Phatty would too plague a rack/desktop version of the Sub Phatty. While this could possibly be not the case, considering the new and ever stable oscillators of ...

Re: Minitaur firmware update soon - your requests here pleas
Hi Amos I have one major issue I'd like addressed: When using the Minitaur's LFO in midi sync mode, the LFO Clock Divider (cc: 86) work as it should starting from 4 Whole Notes (value 0 - 6) up until 1/8 Note (value 80 - 85); however, adjusting values beyond 1/8 Note gives me a completely incorrec...

Re: Right order for Moogerfoogers
Yes, it's cool that with 108 and 103 I can make a mono synth stereo. But what about a stereo synth like mopho x4 for example, if I want to retain its original stereo output? Do I need two identical Foogers for each of its outputs? :? I just take the mono output from my stereo synths (Virus and Nord...

I can understand what you're saying, but no-one forces us to buy anything. i don't take it as a "luxury show-off" by Moog music and even, it is their right to do it, if they want to. There is law of marketing that says "design a top quality product and attach a high price - the peopl...

Re: I love Moog but [rant]
The point is not to make products that only customers with deep pockets can afford. The point is to acknowledge that business is good, despite the lousy economy. Fair enough. The Voyager anniversary is not lost on me. Its just lost on me to see a relatively small(?) company, to make such a product....

I love Moog but [rant]
http://www.thomann.de/gr/moog_voyager_lunar_gold_limited_ed.htm It saddens me to see this from a very well respected company with a huge legacy, that makes quality synthesizers that albeit slightly on the expensive side, they have an amazing sound. In times of economic crisis this is stretching it, ...
