Ok, upgraded the OS, no problem, but this had nothing to do with it.
The POTMAPPING were the bad guy, and all I had to do was to set all 4 MAPS to 0% and VOILA! Every preset is in tune.

The problem is the same for me, the OSC1 has a different tuning on two individual presets.
So what really seem to be a fix? I´ll try to upgrade to the latest os, and see how it performs.
