Just got my minitaur and picked up an iPad 1 with USB kit. Have been rocking the animoog via USB controller on iPad and the minitaur with midi foot controller. I read something about a midi sequencing apps on the iPad that can control the minitaur via USB midi. Is this true? how free might these app...

I am planning on buying a used ipad mostly to run animoog. Will iPad 1 handle it? App site says it needs iOS 3.2 or higher but doesn't mention which ipad?

Can this happen? The minitaur usb is type be and my m-audio controller's usb is also type b. Not easily finding USB type to USB type b cables so I am thinking its a no. :( Will I have to be a controller with standard midi to control a minitaur without including a comp in between.
