Re: The new moog Sub Phatty ??

Admittedly, the happiest A4 customers seem to be those with previous experience with Elektron grooveboxes and/or those with the background in XOX style sequencing. Some of them talk about button combos the way kids used to talk about button combos for martial arts moves in fighting video games like...

Re: The new moog Sub Phatty ??

messing around with the paremters isn't too bad but recalling patterns, and some of the copy/paste/clear stuff is messed up. Chaining and song mode is kind of jacked, and they have functions that shouldn't be used right out in the open. Like the calibration setting that is under the global tune sett...

Re: The new moog Sub Phatty ??

Alien is pretty much spot on. The only reason I didn't return mine is because I like the sequencer, and the ability to sequence CV.

Everything else is just kind of a bonus and outside the scope of my expectations.

Re: The new moog Sub Phatty ??

No CV outputs too from what I can see of the specs, but if there's a CV out mod for the Little Phatty, I would expect a CV out mod to be available for the Sub Phatty. There's a long thread on the general forum on this thing under the title "prototype", lol. To me it's kind of like a Littl...

The Voyager CV input is 1V/oct.

That's strange, Why did they make them different?

btw, turns out the a4 scaled correctly via cv @ 1.02v

LFO amount knob? That's actually LFO rate knob.

Global ON/EXTERNAL

Is there a way to globally turn on [ON/EXTERNAL] so I don't have to switch it on for every preset when controlling the moog via CV?

Re: Voyager pitch cv not scaling correctly.

.93 doesn't work well either. Note is not pitched and each octave isn't 12semitones.

Voyager pitch cv not scaling correctly.

I am trying to control the voyager with an analog 4 cv out but my settings arent working right. Anyone have any idea why?

Here are my settings
Type = Pitch V/oct
Middle C = 3.00v
V/OCT = 1.00v

Re: Why does the voyager not have a sine wav?

How dare the Voyager not have the most difficult to synthesise waveform with a rock solid 1V/oct performance oscillator. *Outrage* HNY Moogs, B I'm having a hard time understanding your sarcasm. Is the sine wave the most difficult wave to synthesize? Also I notice when I did the self oscillat...
