Re: [Sub 37] Pitch wheel mis-calibrated?
... I also just noticed that the BEND UP and BEND DOWN values don't really work properly. When BEND UP is set to+24, it only gets to about +19 when you bend the not (when BEND DOWN is at -0) If BEND DOWN is set to -24, then bending the wheel up results in about a +27 in pitch. I love the Sub 37, bu...

Re: Couple of physical anomolies
Hi HookedOnSonics, Each knob has a protective cover you can remove yourself, so that's easily taken care of. In your pictures, the wood looks to have a natural shaping to it, but it's hard to tell. Keeping in mind that wood itself is imperfect, please let us know directly if you believe this is a ma...

Re: sub patty key issues
Hi Raftorella, This is absolutely not normal and doesn't sound like something that would have been missed here at the factory. It could be related to an impact of some sort. Please contact your dealer and have them exchange it ASAP. Additionally, you may also contact our service department and we wi...

Re: MF Delay Problem with Synth
Hey everyone! I have a problem with my MF Delay. When I first got it, I tried using it with a toy keyboard and my smartphone just to test the delay function and everything functioned very well. But when I tried this with my synths at home and using it as an AUX send for my mackie (1642vlz-pro)-mixe...

Re: Sub 37 Multidrive Problem
I got no reply from Moog, messaged them like 10 times probably in the last week. I've got no other option but to return it... thank god I still got 1 month warranty left. this is the second sub 37 that I'm sending back. I feel like buying the 3 years extended warranty option is a necessity for this...

Re: Sub 37 Filter Cutoff: First Batch vs. Revised Batch
We would like to address the concerns regarding the Sub 37 filter cutoff control: All Moog instruments are rigorously tested and designed to last a lifetime. Less than 0.9% of all Sub 37s have experienced a problem with the filter cutoff control. Although rare, when the the failure does occur it hap...

Re: MS Flange w/ Expression Pedal Samples
At 4:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNFffJOH3j4 The expression pedal input allows you to sweep the delay Time. This is in addition to being able to modulate delay Time via Depth and Rate. The MF Flange can also do static flanging, and this allows you to manually (or via CV/Expression pedal) swee...

An update is presently in process which addresses critical bugs, many of which are specific to the iPad Air 2. We hope to have this update in Beta testing within the next few weeks. Please keep in mind that once an application is submitted to Apple, it takes up to 10 days for them to approve it. Tha...

Re: Sequencing Werkstatt Fitted w/CV Expander
Hi Natallica, Be sure to follow the calibration procedure in the manual for the CV expander in order achieve proper pitch tracking. This should be done on a per-instrument basis as pitch voltage from instrument to instrument varies. Your Beatstep may not be outputting the voltage required to trigger...

Re: Filter Sustain changes pitch?
Hi Enoki, It sounds like you may actually have the LFO modulating the VCO. Try turning the LFO VCO AMT knob up and then down and see if you have the same issues. (make sure the mod wheel on your MIDI controller is down as well) If this does not correct the issues, please contact our support departme...

Re: MF Delay: problem with feedback
HI All,
If you are using a battery and leaving your instrument cables plugged into your MF Delay when not in use, then you are draining the battery slowly - even if you aren't using the pedal. You have to disconnect your instrument cables when not in use.

Re: Build question on S37
Does anyone have any damage to the wood side panels? Just got mine and there's a few small marks on both pieces (one is next to the KB Octave button and the other just above the highest key). They are both on the inside edge of the wood, so I don't think it would shave happened during shipping. Jus...
