Re: Found a Minimoog D on the street

....that's even better than my UA 1176 found on the curb, although i was certainly happy about that find, too!

RE: VST AU Little Phatty Editor for Mac - with Logic X?

Has anyone used the VST AU Little Phatty Editor for Mac with Logic X yet?

Website states it works with versions 8 and 9.

I'm running 10, and I'd like to know before purchasing.

Thanks,

Brent R

RE: slim phatty front panel tracking behavior.

hello all. i've just acquired a rack of 4 slim phatties in white from noise bug in pomona. i like them. i have a question about front panel behavior when stacking (unison daisy-chain) or playing in poly mode. the front panel of daisy chained phatties only tracks the front panel parameters saved with...

Re: Roger Troutman talkbox on a Slim Phatty?

you have two oscillators. why not use BOTH pulse and saw? you could mix them, or sync them. moving FREQ on OSC 2 would change the waveshape in sync mode, which might be interesting with a talkbox.

Re: Lil' Phatty Wood Panel Laser Cut Files (.DXF)

very nice! i'd like a case that holds 4, but might hold out until i own 12 phatties ;) i've got a moog-centric synth-pop band and have purchased a poly-chain from noisebug. toying with the idea of re-interpreting the recordings live on slim phatties exclusively. i might contact you to help with this...

Re: Little Phatty production changes

here's an interesting tidbit about the little phatty CV GATE mod. the first one was commissioned by my friend Karl Kling for his tribute edition, to drive my custom model D. my D is in a 5U case, with no original chassis parts. its the only one i've ever seen built like this. the CV / Gate is on a b...

Re: LP poly chain

brent from isopod here. i'd like to chime in, as i just acquired 4 phatties. i do believe you are on to something here, with the arpeggiator. amos made a post a while back while developing the software asking our opinion about arpeggiator features. i only wish i'd owned my units during development. ...

Re: Slim Phatty detuning......

that's right. fine tune will shift both OSC and FREQ will shift OSC2. you could track this several times in your DAW to make a huge detuned unison, or a polyphonic passage of music that would get you into Prophet 5 territory. this is what polysynths do under the hood, but you can do it with one mono...

Re: more tunings!

Hi, Amos. Thanks for including microtuning on a moog product. Can the scales be changed via MIDI while playing, or do they have to be stored one per sound patch?

thanks,
