What problem exactly?

Re: Analog board of Old School: same as regular Voyager?

I have no idea, not having a schematic of the board. If it doesn't look like anything has ever been soldered in there and removed I really wouldn't worry about it. From the cap values they sound like bypass capacitors which may not have been needed in the VOS design. Why do you ask incidentally? Are...

Thanks.

Re: Analog board of Old School: same as regular Voyager?

Yes. It's the #11-404P same as all Voyagers. Check the photo here of a VOS opened up and zoom in. You can clearly see the board number. https://www.flickr.com/photos/49317717@N07/8512058728 Thanks Stevie. It is identical to the one I have in my regular Voyager indeed, the only difference I noticed ...

Perfect OSC2 + OSC3 unison tuning

When setting OSC2 and OSC3 to 0 pitch deviation I can still hear a very light phasing effect on my Voyager. There seems to be no "absolute unison" point there. Maybe the waveform is not exactly the same causing some phasing, not sure. I don't really care much musically speaking, but can yo...

Did you fix this problem in the end? Was it really affecting all three oscillators or just one of them?

Re: Slew Rate Mod: what exactly is it?

Slew rate is an op amp spec basically, or anything really for that matter I believe, relays etc and is essentially freq. bandwidth of components. More relevant when you get into rf territory generally speaking, I guess. Google slew rate and you'll learn more technically speaking than I know. Basica...

Well, this sounds easy to try. Do you remember which ones you cut? At least their color/shape? :)

BTW do you know how many OP amps need to be replaced? Just wondering how much invasive this is for the PCB.

Thanks a lot, good to know that. There is little literature available on Voyager mods actually.

Slew Rate Mod: what exactly is it?

Can anyone please describe in what consists exactly the slew rate mod?
Do you have board pictures or schematics about it?

Inserting a guitar effect pedal

Are there any impedance issues in connecting a guitar effect pedal to the insert plug of a Voyager?
Do I need to use a reamp box for that?
