Re: Matriarch Global Settings Editor

Good idea. But further: how about editors and sysex tools for iOS (and Android)? I really hate getting out a windows machine or Mac for music making. Especially for basic utilities like this. Yes I feel your pain. It needs something...the amount of time wasted not getting a predicted response...onl...

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems

Bumping this thread because this is a major issue for me and renders the synth almost unusable. It's truly shocking and very unpredictable. I've got £50 boxes that are rock solid sync-wise. It should be a no brainer for the Matriarch. Very close to returning it here as it's not fit for purpose. I've...

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems

Here too. Just got a Matriarch. The midi sync is appalling for a flagship synth. It’s the most basic of requirements, even for a £100 box. Sort it out Moog!!

Re: Midi note on velocity weirdness

Yeah thanks Bob.

This doesn't concern anyone else? Very bizarre behaviour to have to turn local off in order for midi velocity to work.

Sort it out Moog!

Re: Midi note on velocity weirdness

Wow, you're right. I'm working on version 3.6 for many months now and I never got this problem here. There's a bug in the 3.5 version, sh...t. If you like to test the 3.6 beta send me an email to rudi at moogmusic dot de. The 3.6 version has no problems with the velocity. Have fun, Rudi Sorry for b...

Re: Moog Voyager Problems

I am having exactly the same problems with my Voyager XL! Not so sure Filter ADSR is working either. Very frustrating Tried reloading sysex 3.5. The mod wheel and rate amount knobs do nothing either??? The mod wheel works when patched through a cable. Actually pleased Im not the only one having the...

Re: CP- 251 Four-way Mult Gate issues

Hi all, and thanks for your replies! Could i experience any issues using a 'Y/Insert" cable into the mult? Because this is what i'm using coming from the 2 CV ports (ABCD) on the A4? i recon'd my A4 to throw out the gate (A) first, then pitch (B), then the two 'value' controllers (C&D) and ...

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The red/white jack on the CP251, or the CV lead itself?

CP- 251 Four-way Mult Gate issues

Hi there, Just after a bit of assistance. Obviously you can send and redistribute a gate signal from the CP-251 four-way mult and I'm trying but nothing seems to be happening. The source gate is coming from the Analog Four, and I'm running a couple of patch cables out of the mult to try and sync wit...

Re: Controlling Filter Env via CV

What part of the envelope are to trying to modulate? Their timing? Their modulation amount to filter or VCA? Or do you mean triggering them? Triggering is not CV but gate. Hahah ok I understand - i was trying to make the internal env on the A4 to be the gate, but i think i was being too complicated...

No, I do mean the filter env. Surely you can seperate control of the filter env and the amp env?

Controlling Filter Env via CV

Hi there, Bit of a CV noobie question, but trying to control the Voyager Filter Env independent of the Amp env, via CV and struggling. On the Voyager, In Edit/Filter Env Gate SRC, i have that set to ENV GATE INPUT, and the Vol Env Gate set to GATE IS ON. On the Analog Four, I have a value controller...

Re: Init. Parameters...no sound

Thanks for the reply! Yeah that's the weirdest bleep...the presets work if i have the release switched on, if i turn that off, then i get nothing - even from the presets... I think i have a problem with my AMP ENV. with an INIT PARAMETER, if the release is on, i can play and it responds fully, but w...
