Re: minimoog remains un-sold

Ooh, DRAB olive green! Like the green used on Army vehicles! Good call! That would make the brass REALLY shine. You sure you don't want to part with the Country Squire? Only if it sold like the 76 moog did for over twice its original cost. that be about 11 grand I think... thanks for the ...

Re: minimoog still remains -sold

Too funny! Well this selling moogs is serious business, 4 days after the moog left I fell into moog withdrawl no kidding, it lasted about 3 days, a kind of numb expressionaless depressive state with periods of anxiety brought about by lack of beautiful noises, then out of the blue it went away, no r...

Re: minimoog now-sold

Finally gone to a fine fellow in 'la belle province' for the remarkable price of 2200cdn, thats about double from its original cost- wish I could do that with my 76 ford country squire- shipping minimoogs in cardboard boxes 5000 miles is stressful business-it arrived safe and sound, plugged it in an...

Re: minimoog remains un-sold

I'm not sure if you're up for this, but sometimes I'll take in a synth, perform my own TLC on the instrument, then sell it for the owner on Ebay. Often for more than an unserviced instrument. You won't have to pay for shipping back or deal with the customer. We do all the service, Ebay listing, ema...

Re: Classified Section?

It seems most folks would like to trade things since cash is a scarcity in this economy, unfortuately.

It was one of my favs in jr high.
Nice job on that intro, I can imagine the ascending minor scale starting.

Re: Regeneration in mini, What is it?

I agree with Jeepo. Depending on envelope attack setting, the behavior of that envelope will be influenced by the playing, legato or staccato... For a setting of 2 second attack time for example, playing rapidly in succession while releasing each key stroke before the next (staccato) will raise the...

Re: Regeneration in mini, What is it?

thanks I might get it, so if I calibrate it I can basically make the emphasis of the regeneration of the filter's gate more or less? I find this difficult to explain; I have regen set calibrated per the manual, however I find the difference in levels between the fast attack and the legato touch a bi...

Regeneration in mini, What is it?

Hi Ive heard this term many times through out the years but I actualkly have no understanding of what it means nor any understanding of it as it pertains to the minimoog. Has it something to do with the modulation?
Can someone more knowledgable than I give up an explaination or definition?
