Re: Vertical and shallow rack

Yes, that's the Koma RH-301.

The pedals are so much more accessible and practical being mounted like that. For me at least it's a win.

The holes are square and I bought a set of screws and rack screw mounts. Very straightforward. The screws and mounts from my K&M rack also worked in it.

Re: Product suggestion

Yes! 19" rackable, with removable sides for angled desktop usage. I've said it before , there's not a good compact mono with first-class MIDI control. A way for Moog to draw from the investment in the Sub37 and VST, and continue a line of modern Moog systems. It will be a while before Behringer...

Re: Vertical and shallow rack

Thanks Reidlowe! That looks to be the same height as the racks I'm considering. Nice to see how many rows of Moogerfoogers fit.

Re: Vertical and shallow rack

Thanks! Good tip about the centre of mass. I was figuring I'd have to have weights at the base and/or a wire anchor to the wall.

...and nice Moogy setup you have :)

Vertical and shallow rack

I've got a few rows of Moogerfoogers mounted in Moog's rack thing. I'd like to mount them vertically and to use as little horizontal space as possible. Most music rack equipment is quite deep, wasting floor space. I found 19" server racks, like this: https://www.racksolutions.eu/relay-racks.htm...

Re: New Minitaur form-factor synth

Still though, a little more ambition would have been nice. A desktop, scaled down version of the Sub37 for example. The integration of analog and digital VST control is great with both the Sub37 and Minitaur. It's a clear differentiator from the flood of cheap analog monos with limited or no digital...

Agreed, rather inelegant :)

Re: Y cable to split CV?

Thanks! I haven't found an elegant solution for that. I suppose this should work then:

Y cable to split CV?

I was wondering whether it's OK to use a Y-cable such as... https://www.thomann.de/gb/pro_snake_tpy_2009_jpp.htm ...to split a CV signal with the Moogerfoogers? Eg, to split an LFO from the CP-251 out to two Moogerfooger inputs. I know it's preferable to use the CP-251 mult section, but I don't want...

New Minitaur form-factor synth

While the Mother-32 is fine and well, I would really appreciate something in the Minitaur form factor but not bass specific. I.e, the Slim or Sub Phatty engine but in a highly-compact desktop format. A bit knobby and with a really good VST editor for finer control. Of course it would be a comprise i...

CP-251/Mother-32

I was just thinking it would be lovely if Moog released a modernised CP-251, perhaps with some shared guts of the Mother 32, but with jack cables for connection to Moogerfoogers. A compact box with MIDI/USB, some more LFOs, CV sequencer...

Re: Stereo MF-101

EMwhite: I actually *don't* want L/R differentiated. I want to have a stereo Moog filter, basically.

Thanks guys for the ideas. I have a CP-251, but was hoping for a simple Fooger-Fooger solution that can be plugged in all the time and not waste patching space.

Stereo MF-101

Is it possible to use two MF-101s in parallel, with some kind of synchronisation of knobs via CV? Eg, if I move the filter cutoff of the primary MF-101, it changes the other. Does this work ok in practice or do the left/right channels phase?
